Nordic Prime is the import and distribution division of Nordic Choice, dedicated to Nordic gastronomy and carefully selected products from the Nordic countries.
We want to bring the authentic tastes of the North closer, through collaborations with producers who value tradition, origin, and quality.
Our portfolio includes Norwegian salmon, refrigerated, frozen, and hot- or cold-smoked, Swedish marinated herring in various varieties, fish and seafood salads, sauces, and other Nordic delicacies.
Our selection is constantly growing, and we will soon be adding new products and specialties from Nordic gastronomy.
We address both those who already appreciate Nordic gastronomy and those who wish to discover it, as well as restaurants, hotels, specialty stores, and HoReCa professionals.

My name is Laurentiu Mihai and I have been living in Sweden for about 20 years. Throughout this time, I have discovered and come to appreciate Nordic gastronomy, its traditions, and its products more and more.
Out of the desire to share these tastes and experiences, Nordic Prime was born.
For me, Nordic Prime means more than import and distribution. It means discovering producers who respect their craft and choosing authentic products whose quality I believe in.
I don't aim to offer hundreds of products, but rather a careful selection, with specialties I would gladly put on my own table and recommend to my friends with confidence.
