Nordic Prime is the Food & Beverage commercial division of Nordic Choice SRL, dedicated to the selection, import, distribution, commercial representation and marketing of premium Nordic food products, beverages and specialities, originating mainly from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland and Greenland.<\/strong><\/p>

Nordic Prime exclusively represents the Food & Beverage activities carried out under this trade name and does not define, include or limit the other present or future activities, divisions, brands or projects of Nordic Choice SRL.<\/p>

Nordic Prime's activity is primarily oriented towards the professional market B2B<\/strong>, without excluding the sale of certain Products directly to B2C consumers<\/strong>.<\/p>

2. Definitions<\/h2>

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:<\/p>

\u201eNordic Choice\u201d, \u201eV\u00e2nz\u0103torul\u201d sau \u201enoi\u201d<\/strong> \u00eenseamn\u0103 NORDIC CHOICE SRL<\/strong>.<\/p>

\u201eB2B client\u201d<\/strong> means any professional who purchases Products in connection with their commercial or professional activity, including companies, sole traders, HoReCa operators, retailers, distributors, wholesalers and other economic operators.<\/p>

\u201eConsumer\u201d or \u201eB2C Client\u201d<\/strong> means a natural person acting for purposes which are outside their trade, business, craft or profession.<\/p>

\u201eClient\u201d<\/strong> means, depending on the context, B2B Client or Consumer.<\/p>

\u201eProduct\u201d<\/strong> \u00eenseamn\u0103 orice produs oferit spre v\u00e2nzare sau comercializat de NORDIC CHOICE SRL prin Nordic Prime.<\/p>

\u201eOrder\u201d<\/strong> means the Client's request to purchase one or more Products.<\/p>

\u201eOffer\u201d<\/strong> means an individual commercial offer sent by Nordic Prime.<\/p>

\u201eOrder Confirmation\u201d<\/strong> means the express acceptance of an Order by Nordic Prime.<\/p>

\u201ePartner\u201d<\/strong> means a manufacturer, supplier, brand owner or other economic operator with which Nordic Choice SRL is exploring or conducting a business relationship.<\/p>

3. Scope<\/h2>

These Terms and Conditions govern, as applicable:<\/p>
